What do they use as a patty, and ketchup?
I'm not sure and I haven't seen them available since. If I see them again I'm going to get one and report back.
I love Mr Donut, what kinds of selection to they have in Japan?
I think I'll have to investigate a little more; I actually haven't been into one yet.

I walked by a closed Mister Donut and I saw this sign. It would appear that you can buy donut burgers; this could be the greatest meal in the history of mankind.
