Jon's Cereal Brigade!

Morning everyone! Before I say anything I thought I should point out regarding yesterday's post, as the Candy Critic himself mentioned, that while they are all singing this song about being skeptical and not believing in stuff right off...they are around and made up of a fairy, snow monster, octopede and so on! I guess one has to consider the context of the world in which these characters live. Now my box of Capn' Crunch is almost empty and soon I'll have to set sail for another kind of cereal. I'm not sure what else can be said about this stuff, I guess if I had to rate it I'd give it a 7 out of 10, but that's pretty simplistic as I haven't indicated what criteria I used to come up with that number. Maybe I'll do a further analysis tomorrow morning. I do get a nice glowy feeling inside being around this cereal though, it reminds me of early days and saturday morning cartoons and when such cereals were more plentiful and advertised to an already sugar-addled audience! Speaking of which, today's clip is short... but it's dear to my heart and always gives me a smile and chuckle, it's the theme song from The Mighty Hercules! So much about this show was done terribly, and yet I find it has a special charm in its music, characters, animation, stories, etc. Olympia!
