Nigeria Looking To Improve Cocoa Industry

With a newly elected government the cocoa farmers and producers in Nigeria are looking to implement new guidelines in the cocoa industry. Presently they are the 4th largest producer of the beans and hopefully with a better infrastructure they can improve on that.
