Who Loves Chocolate Most

According to the author of this article it's the British, but I'm not so sure about that. I will agree that the British have one of the better selections of chocolate bars in the world, but their fine chocolates aren't really the best. A trip to Germany or Belgium is proof of that. I've never done an extensive tour of British small chocolate manufactures either, even the US (who is often mentioned as having the worst chocolate) has some great small manufactures making great chocolate treats. It's a hard competition to measure, but I think I might try.
