The folks at Tip Top ice cream have done what apparently could never be done before and that's impressive. It's also creative, and I love that in any candy treat. Apparently what these folks have managed (and it took 9 years) is that they managed to cover ice cream in marshmallow. This new treat is state of the art, and worth tasting I'm sure. My only concern is the texture of the marshmallow in this proses, but I'll hold judgement until I try one.
