Food Is Cool, It's That Simple

The writer of the article below asks the question "why is America so fixed on food fads?" It's really a simple answer, food fad are creative, fun and you don't have to worry about collecting things. I'm a collector through and through, but I've stopped collecting trinkets and now I collect food experiences. It's fun, there's a price range for everybody, and in some cases you get nutrition out of it too.
