Flying Pretzel Man

At first when I saw this logo for what appears to be a pretzel company I thought it was a picture of a guy getting pelted with giant pretzels. I wondered why anyone would want to buy pretzels that are known to cause bodily harm. Then I realized that these pretzels are supposed to be wings... I'm slightly less concerned but still just as confused.
