Tcho Chocolate is Going To New York

It's not that you'll be able to buy the chocolate in New York, or that they're moving their headquarters.  Instead Tcho has started to promote their chocolate to New York kitchens and bakers.  That means that the chocolate treats in the Big Apple are just about to get a little better.

  1. TCHO is stepping into Valrhona's food service field and is going to make some waves. What I like in TCHO’s approach to chocolate with us the consumers is the focus on flavor profile rather than cocoa percentage. Basically, who cares about cocoa and who can tell the difference between 60% and 70% when all that one wants is a candy bar that tastes something that is recognizable (fruit, nuts,…), according to Tcho.
