The article linked below is an interesting look at how chocolate is really starting to enter a new renaissance of sorts. Both chocolate makers and chocolate eaters are really looking for a level of quality and creativity in their chocolate creations. I've noticed a trend with people becoming more informed about their chocolate choices and not looking to the conventional choices (such as chocolate bars) for their chocolate fix.
