I found this list containing some tips to cutting down sugar intake and it was really well done. Now I'm sure you think I'm being a bit of a hypocrite for posting this kind of list on candy blog but read through it and you'll see why I like it. Generally this list doesn't say to stop eating sweet treats, it only tells you to eat them in moderation. It also tells you to make sure you worry about quality of the treat over quantity, and I couldn't agree more.
