I just read an article from an ABC news affiliate about forgotten treats from the past, and one of their highlights is the Marathon bar. Now although it is true that the Marathon bar is no longer available, and I really don't remember how long they are either, but there is something similar one can enjoy if you get the nostalgic craving. Very close, but I'd even say a little better, is the Cadbury Curly Wurly. In fact I'm fairly convinced that they're pretty much the exact same thing, only with a different name.
