Hello

I'll be contributing photos of food to this blog on a semi-irregular basis. Food can be beautiful as well as delicious, and it's one of my favourite subjects to photograph. (It doesn't flinch, or complain, or get bored if you take too long fiddling with camera settings.)

Mostly I take pictures of thing I bake at home, but occasionally I remember to take pictures of restaurant meals. Often I just want to capture the effort and elegance of the meal before it gets destroyed.
