I can't tell you why I'm obsessed with TCHO as a company. I think it's because they decided to start up in a way that was pretty unorthodox. They allowed their clients to pick the chocolate that would be sold later, they used technology to its fullest, and they seem to make a consistent high quality product. I guess it's that they really appear to care about the chocolate and the type of chocolate that they create.
