Good Chocolate Melts

According to science that's just the way it's going to be forever.  A new study took a look at the melting points in chocolate and determined that you can't make a chocolate that doesn't melt.  So if you find yourself eating a chocolate bar on a warm summers day and it's not melting in your hands, well maybe it's just not chocolate.
