Almonds Aren't Just Tasty

Now with the benefits of modern science Almonds have been discovered to contain many more properties than simply tasting yummy.  With all of the modern science dedicated to food production, science has discovered new ways to use the almond to help make other foods better.  I wonder what George Washington Carver would think about all of this?
