Bell Flavors & Fragrances, Inc has announced what it feels will be the popular flavours this year. Most of the flavours on the top 10 list where fairly predictable, however I am really happy to see "sweet potato" on the list. I'm hoping that this particular flavour trend might finds its way into the candy market.
