Jello Upgrade

This isn't the first time I've mentioned this, but I really think Jello is starting a new comeback.  Not that it went anywhere, but I'm starting to read more and more about artists and fine chefs using Jello to create some pretty fantastic things.  I think it makes for a great medium to create so many shapes, and if you don't mind the slightly slimy texture, it's a fun food to eat.
