Until someone can prove me wrong, I can now state that these are in fact the greatest Greek cookies I have ever eaten in my entire life. The only problem I have making this statement is I'm not 100% sure that they are in fact cookies. In fact, I'm not really sure what defines a cookie. These "cookies" are basically almond slivers glued together with some kind of awesome brittle like substance, and then dipped in chocolate. You can see why I would both love them, and not be sure that they're actually cookies. So what defines a cookie?
