Just Got Back From Belgium...

 Many consider Belgium to be the chocolate capital of the world. If you're a chocolate maker and your box says "made in Belgium" people will have higher expectations.  Think about that, just because of a geographic location people assume that your chocolate is better than many others.  This made me wonder, can one place, that doesn't even produce cocoa beans, produce chocolate so vastly superior to anywhere else in the world?
The answer shockingly is yes.  Throughout the next two weeks I'm going to post a few pieces about my adventures in Belgium.  Sure chocolate will be the focus, but I'll also talk about some of the other great things that this country produces, and show you some of the cool stuff I tasted.
