When I first started Candy Critic I didn't really like wafers in my chocolate bars. I thought of them as a cheat, a cheap filling to take up space. That's before I did a little exploration into the world of wafer chocolate bars, and I traveled around to discover countries that produced bars that are doing wafer bars right. Now I've actually grown to love wafers and chocolate, and I appreciate a good quality wafer and the snap it gives to some bars.
