Classic/Creative Candy Advertising - Full Bars On Halloween

I've been to houses that offer kids full chocolate bars, it's pretty much one of the best childhood memories I have.  I've never been to a house where they simply let you take a full bar from a box of full bars, this is just a fantasy.
