I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads. I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
I'm always disappointed with cherry jams (or preserves as some call it) because it's never that nice blend of sour and sweet. It's always way too sweet, and to me a cherry is a slightly sour fruit. I've also always wondered if a cherry is a berry or not, in my head it is, but I have no science to back that up.
