I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads. I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
When you buy this stuff at the grocery store, it comes in a jar perfectly swirled with chocolate and cream. The instant you stick your knife into the jar the swirl disappears and everything goes pretty chaotic. The cream colour is quickly lost if you stir it even a little. I'm not sure how they could fix this, but it is a problem.
