Spreads - Fish Paste (From IKEA)

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.

If you've ever been to IKEA then I'm sure you've visited the food section at the end of the store.  I'm also pretty sure you've seen what appears to be toothpaste tubes filled with various fish substances.  All of my Swedish friends love this stuff, and will defend it tooth and nail.  I on the other hand could barely make it through this one covered slice of bread.
