I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads. I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
What exactly is a lemon curd? I know what cheese curd is, but how does one get a curd out of a lemon? If you've never tasted lemon curd before, it's pretty much the same stuff you put into a lemon meringue pie. If you've never tried a lemon meringue pie before, then I can't really help you.
