Spreads - Mustard

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
If I didn't become a candy connoisseur, I think I may have gone into the mustard connoisseur business instead.  It's one of those condiments that you never really think about that much.  There are millions of varieties of the stuff, each more unique than the next.  Best of all the cheap yellow stuff is really tasty, so you don't have to spend a fortune to enjoy the flavour.
