Spreads - Potted Beef

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.

My favorite thing about this spread is what people call it "Potted Beef".  It sounds so dignified and classy, as if you'd expect to get it on little crackers at afternoon tea. Maybe that's how you're supposed to eat potted beef.  I don't really know much about this stuff other than the fact that I don't really like it.
