Do you remember the time when former US president George Bush almost choked to death on a pretzel?  It would have been very strange to lose a world leader to a pretzel.  If he had have had one of these T-shirts on he could have been fine.  He could simply point to his throat, and then point to the image of the pretzel and the message would have been crystal clear.
