I suggest that everybody goes out and buys a bag of plane chips and munch them down. The simplicity of such a fine flavour is often lost on most. The potato is a fine tasting vegetable, sure it’s not as exciting as a tomato or asparagus, but it’s pretty darn tasty.CC
