Snacking Constantly is Not Good

People often assume that I'm all about snacking and eating all of the time, and this is not true. I'm all about being decadent, eating great food, but also portions and variety. Eating candy is OK, but limit the stuff you eat, and make sure that what you eat is good stuff you're satisfied with your snack.
