A Chocolate Superstar

Jacques Torres is arguably one of the most famous chocolatiers in all of North America because frankly the guy knows his stuff. He gets my respect because not only does he make chocolates but he makes the chocolate from scratch. Most chocolatiers buy their chocolate to make their creations and that's fine, but limiting. This guy built his own business, uses great ingredients and is super creative with them.
