Cocoa Is Good, But At What Percent?

I think we can all agree on one thing, chocolate has its merits. I've posted many articles that support that point and frankly I don't think that it's news at all. The question I have is what percentage of cocoa should you strive to achieve. Some say as low as 60% others say no less than 80%. Any idea?
