I came across an interesting post that "claims" to list the caffeine content of many soft drinks. The post argues that Diet Coke should not be so high in caffeine, however I disagree. I'm not sure if caffeine leads to any kind of weight gain and frankly that's what "diet" sodas are all about. It's not that they're healthy, it's just that they contain little to no sugar. What shocked me is the amount of caffeine in Barq's Root Beer, since I thought it was caffeine free.
