A Little Research Into Candy

I'm subscribed to many RSS and other feeds dealing with candy information, that's pretty much how I keep this blog populated. The NCA has a feed that is always interesting and often very full of scientific and scholarly articles. These articles are pretty dense, but I find it amazing to see research that scholars put into the subject of candy. Sometimes the articles themselves are too dense to go through, but even seeing the subject matter they choose is really interesting.
