Two Bits Of Halloween News

Two "news" stories came out of this years Halloween. One is from Illinois where there are claims that there might have been some candy tampering. Every year I hear stories of "candy tampering" but each year the news is vague and often no charges are filed. Also this year a crazy guy in diaper was running around the streets of Ocean City demanding candy. Man Halloween is just so much fun.
