New Pastry Discovered, The "Kolache"
Most people assume that a donut is just a donut, well those people assume completely wrong. Most people also assume that the only place to get a donut is at large chains and classic type donut shops. Well those people are missing out on the wonderful world of small time pastry shop donuts. Serious Eats just posted an article about a classic Eastern European treat that migrated to the US and is now a hidden gem that everybody should try.
