I met so many great chocolate fanatics on my trip to Belgium. Since the whole country is so well known for making chocolates people feel really strongly on the subject. Even those that don't make the stuff know the importance of high quality chocolate and making creative flavour combinations. The chocolate makers I did talk to take their work very seriously, and they know the best way to garner successes in this business is to create a great product.
