European Chocolate Bar Review-A-Thon - Part 2

Today's review comes from one of the great chocolate bar making countries in Europe, England.  While many other countries in Europe make great chocolates, England has some of the greatest chocolate bars ever.  In particular, anything made by Cadbury UK is bound to be spectuacular.
