European Chocolate Bar Review-A-Thon - Part 6

It's about time we had a little royalty in this European bar review-a-thon. I'm not sure if Prince Polo was a real person, but it could have happened.  If there was a Prince Polo then they would probably be from Poland, only because that's where this bar is from.  But I guess it could also be a prince from another country that was very popular in Poland as well.
