Spreads - Blueberry Jam

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled. 

I don't think I've ever bought a jar of blueberry jam in my life.  If I go for a berry jam, I tend to go for strawberry or raspberry.  It's not that I don't like blueberry jam, I just think I'd rather just eat a handful of fresh blueberries than blueberry jam.  Did you know that the US and Canada have a blueberry rivalry?  Canada say's that Quebec blueberries are the best, while the US claims main blueberries are the best.
