Spreads - Cream Cheese

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.

I'd always been a bit of a bagel with cream cheese purist until I tried spreading it on white bread.  As it turns out it's pretty good on plain white bread.  So now I'm on a mission to explore cream cheese, and find out what kind of breads work well with it.
