Spreads - Dulce De Leche

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled. 

Before I started this campaign to taste as many spreads as possible, I have to admit that I'd never tried Dulce De Leche before.  I regret the many years wasted were I wasn't eating this stuff, because it's spectacular.  In fact I'd go so far as to say it's the most underrated spread in the world.
