I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads. I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
I'm not a big fan of eggs, I'm pretty picky about how I eat them, but egg salad has always been on my like list. There's something about it that isn't eggy at all, and that's probably why I've always thought it was OK. One trick however is to be sure that your egg salad always has some kind of crunchy vegetable mixed in.
