I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads. I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
Melted marshmallow seems like a great idea on toast. Fluff is not melted marshmallow, instead it is some kind of marshmallow hybrid that comes straight out of a room temperature jar with the consistency of melted marshmallow. While I'm not a big fan of this stuff on plain white bread, I can see uses for it for other applications.
