I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads. I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.
This is one of many exclusively Mediterranean spreads I have in this collection. In Greece, they call their spreads "saladas", implying that they're not really spreads but meant to be eaten on their own. I still spread them on everything, particularly pita.
