Spreads - Htipiti (Red Pepper Dip)

I just finished an art piece for bewarethecheese.com's fine art gallery "Senses". For this piece I had to photograph, and eventually eat more than 40 different spreads.  I've decided to post a little something about each spread that I sampled.

This dip is not hot, it's made with sweet red peppers, and that's probably best.  I'm not a huge fan of hot peppers, but I love red peppers.  I'd even go so far as to say that red peppers are my favorite kind of pepper.
