I love potato chips.  I don't just love them because they're a fun crunchy, salty snack, I also love potatoes as a vegetable.  To me it's one of the most versatile vegetables in the world, and I even think they taste great on their own.  The only reason I didn't like watching this video of potato chips being made is because I didn't have a bag of potato chips to eat while I was watching it.
