I'm barely old enough to really remember New Coke, but I do remember the hype that came with it.  For years people have looked back at this time in soda pop history as one of the biggest mistakes.  The thing is, I can't remember anybody ever actually saying what the change was.  Even years after the fact, I'm wondering, what was the big change that they made to Coke that everybody hated?
