It's Our Wednesday Japanese Candy Review!

I really want to come up with a better name for this new regular Wednesday event where we review a Japanese sweet treat.  Our friends at oyastucafe.com once again provided us with this week's treat, and they deserve to have an awesome title for helping us out.  Maybe I could call this our "Weekly Japanese Sweet Treat", or "Fun, Strange, Tasty, Japanese Review".  I have to give it some thought, but I'm also welcoming any suggestions you might have.
