I picked these up under a train station on the JR line in Japan. I've also seen the bigger versions available in Japan town in San Francisco.

A couple of days ago I blogged about this fine treat called Tai-yaki, which is a fish shaped cake filled with all kinds of yummy fillings (like chocolate or cream).
Well today we came across mini Tai-yaki and they’re great too.
